Description:
OpenHistoricalMap is, like OpenStreetMap, a volunteer project for mapping the entire world. Unlike OSM, however, it is fully public domain and in addition to current objects, it also maps historical things.
It uses the same technologies as OSM - that is, mapping works basically the same way, through the same iD and JOSM editors. The Róváš OSM iD extension for Chrome has been modified to work for OpenHistoricalMap, I recommend installing it for automatic report creation. There is no extension for OpenHistoricalMap for other browsers yet, but you can change that!
